Cucumber Melon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) soy milk
  • 1 cup (170 g) green grapes
  • 1½ cup (240 g) cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, cubed
  • ½ cup (65 g) cucumber, peeled, diced
  • 1 cup (170 g) honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, cubed
  • 1 lime, peeled, halved
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

This is a wonderful summertime recipe that tastes best with very ripe seasonal honeydew and cantaloupe.
