  • 1½ cups (360 ml) oat milk

  • 2 (225 g) carrots, ends trimmed

  • ½ (75 g) apple, seeded

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup (35 g) golden raisins

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger

  • 2 (320 g) frozen bananas



Step 1: Load Ingredients

Place ingredients into your Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.



Step 2: Blend & Tamp

Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, and then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
