Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) roasted almonds
Directions
- Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid.
- Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 30 seconds. Stop, remove lid and scrape down the sides of the work bowl. Secure lid and run on Variable 5 for an additional 45-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Chef's Notes
- Roasting almonds produces oil that allows for a creamy nut butter to be made. If using raw almonds, follow the above amounts and add an additional 2 tablespoons of your choice of oil.
