Almond Butter [Mini-Chopper Attachment] [Immersion Blender]

No other ingredients needed!


  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) roasted almonds


  1. Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid. 
  2. Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 30 seconds. Stop, remove lid and scrape down the sides of the work bowl. Secure lid and run on Variable 5 for an additional 45-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Chef's Notes

  • Roasting almonds produces oil that allows for a creamy nut butter to be made. If using raw almonds, follow the above amounts and add an additional 2 tablespoons of your choice of oil.
