Almond Waffles with Raspberry Sauce
This is an amazingly simple way to make waffles. Blend the batter in your Vitamix and pour directly from the container. Grinding the almond or any nut into a flour first will make a dynamite waffle for your family. These recipes plus optional whipped cream can all be made in your Vitamix blender in far less time than traditional preparations.

- 1 cup 120 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Place eggs, milk, butter, orange zest, and vanilla into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest. Blend for 15 seconds. Stop machine and add the flour mixture to the container.
- Start the blender on its lowest setting and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds, until batter is well combined.

- To give the raspberry sauce an added kick, add 1 Tablespoon of bourbon, rum or orange liquor.
