Avocado Chocolate Mousse

This simple whipped chocolate dessert has the consistency of mousse without the eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 (135 g) avocado, peeled, seeded
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
  • ⅔ cup (100 g) dates, pitted
  • ½ cup (60 g) cacao powder
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 g) coconut butter

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blade. Chill and serve.
