Avocado Ranch Dressing
Avocado gives this simple dressing an extra creamy texture and adds great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk [or low fat buttermilk]
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ½ (75 g) avocado, pitted, peeled
- ⅛ small (20 g) red onion, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ teaspoon salt, optional
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
