Caramel Espresso Frappé

A frozen blend of espresso with caramel and chocolate brings the taste of the coffee shop right to your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) Soy Milk [or milk]
  • ½ cup (120 ml) espresso, chilled
  • ½ cup (60 ml) caramel syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons (15 g) unsweetened cocoa powder [or chocolate milk powder]
  • 3 cups (390 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25-30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
