Chef's Note
- To make a frozen drink, add 2 cups of ice to the blend, or use frozen bananas.
- Traditional chai beverages are often laden with added sugar. This twist gets all of its sweetness naturally from dates and banana which also happen to be nutrient dense and are excellent sources of fiber, along with the rolled oats.
