Cherry Almond Protein Smoothie

Tart cherries add subtle sweetness and almonds add protein for a delicious smoothie that'll get you ready for any adventure.

Cherry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) water
  • 2 cups (280 g) almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons (15 g) cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop (20 g) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups (225 g) frozen dark sweet cherries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
