Chicken, Rice And Beans Baby Food
Brown rice, black beans, and chicken breast combine for a hearty purée.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 cup (175 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup (200 g) cooked brown rice, cooled
- 2 ¾ cups (425 g) black beans, cooked, rinsed, drained
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
