Chickpea Flour

This gluten-free flour is easy to make and use for baking, binding, or wherever you need a gluten-free alternative.

Chickpea Flour

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (460 g) dried chickpeas

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Grain Grinding Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 60 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.

  • This quick and easy recipe is used multiple times throughout the food processor recipes to make items gluten free. 2 cups of beans will increase to 3 cups of flour; remember to weigh out flour recipes by the gram to have a more accurate recipe.
