Chef's Note
- Make this blend as spicy as you prefer by adding more dried chile peppers or using hotter (or milder) chiles!
- Homemade spice blends are great because they allow you to control the ingredients, ensuring freshness and avoiding unnecessary additives and preservatives.
- Guajillo and fresno chilies are rich in vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and capsaicin, which can reduce inflammation. Watching your salt intake? You can always adjust as needed!
