Chile Lime Seasoning
Use this versatile seasoning on fruits, vegetables, proteins, dips, drinks, and desserts!

Ingredients
- 3 (15 g) guajillo chile peppers
- 2 (10 g) dried Fresno chile peppers
- 2 Tablespoons (20 g) crystallized lime
- 2 Tablespoons (30 g) sea salt
Directions
- Place the dried chiles into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Spice Grinding Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 25 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the ground chiles to a small bowl and mix thoroughly with the crystallized lime and sea salt. Use immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
