Chocolate Fondue
This homemade version of a favorite dipping treat is naturally sweetened and full of chocolate flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups (600 ml) cashew milk
- ⅔ cup (55 g) 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 7 (140 g) pitted medjool dates
- 6 Tablespoons (55 g) cacao nibs [or chopped bittersweet chocolate]
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.
