  • 6 (28 g) garlic cloves, peeled

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the motor to the lid.
  2. Select Variable 3 and run continuously for 5-7 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Chef's Notes

  • The chopper has no issues handling up to 1 1/2 cups of garlic. For consistent results, limit garlic cloves to this amount or some cloves may become pureed.
