Egg Salad [Food Processor Attachment]

A simple, classic recipe that can be made easily in one food processing bowl. No need for multiple dishes and containers. Personalize it to make it your own!


  • ½ medium (125 g) white onion, peeled, halved
  • 2 (115 g) celery stalks, cut into 3" pieces
  • ½ bunch (12 g) Italian flat leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup (120 ml) Vegan Mayonnaise [Food Processor Attachment]
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 10 (500 g) hard boiled eggs, peeled


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse the mixture 8-10 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.   

Chef's Notes

  • Any array of spices can be added to this recipe to make it your own; paprika, dill, harissa, nutmeg, szechuan peppercorns using your Vitamix blending container to make fresh spice grinds.
