Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie [Vitamix ONE]
This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.
- 1½ Tablespoon (360 ml) coconut water
- 4 dates, or honey to taste
- 2 slices (225 g) pineapple, peeled
- 1 piece (5 g) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- ½ cup (70 g) frozen peach slices
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen mango chunks
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Select Smoothie program.
- Start the blender, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds.
- Start the blender and allow to complete programmed cycle.
