Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie

This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (35 g) frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup (70 g) frozen peach slices
  • 1 piece (3 g) fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
  • ¾ cup (110 g) fresh pineapple chunks, peeled
  • 2 dates [or honey to taste], pitted
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
