Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie
This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (35 g) frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup (70 g) frozen peach slices
- 1 piece (3 g) fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
- ¾ cup (110 g) fresh pineapple chunks, peeled
- 2 dates [or honey to taste], pitted
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
