Chef's Notes

  • Add 6 oz. of cubed cheddar to the mix for a chopped cheddar burger, or any other simple variations to make this burger your own unique blend. There are simple habits you can do to eat healthier. One is reducing the portion size of meats and increasing the portion of vegetables. Taking a normal 6 oz. patty and creating sliders is a great start. Then add a large helping of any one of our salads to pack in more nutrients.
  • These sliders are a classic part of a flexitarian diet.  Choosing lean cuts of meat, indulging in smaller portions, and completing your meal with plant-forward options like a fruit or vegetable-based salad is one way to strike a smart balance.
