Guacamole [Food Processor Attachment]

This traditional Mexican avocado dip, now an international favorite, makes a quick and easy appetizer for guests.


  • 4 (525 g) avocados, pitted and peeled
  • ½ medium (60 g) red onion, peeled, halved
  • 3 fresno chili, ends trimmed
  • 1 bunch (30 g) fresh cilantro leaves, ends trimmed, washed
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, optional, optional
  • 2 limes, juiced


  1. Fit the Food Processor with the Multi-Use Blade.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  3. Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until evenly chopped or desired consistency is reached.
