Ingredients

  • 1 lemon lemon, ends trimmed, quartered
  • 2 cups (480 ml) black tea, chilled
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons (42 g) honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blade if necessary.
  3. Serve immediately, using the lid to strain the tea into glasses.
