Mango, Ginger, Peach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold water
  • 4 medium (450 g) orange, peeled
  • 1 piece (6 g) fresh ginger root, with skin
  • 1 (285 g) ripe mango, peeled, pitted
  • 4 cups (560 g) frozen peach slices

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 75 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
