Matcha Oat Smoothie
Matcha is rich in antioxidants and lends an earthy flavor to this fiber-rich smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) soy milk
- 4 dates
- 1 Tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup (100 g) rolled oats
- 3 (300 g) frozen bananas
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 – 50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
