Matcha Skim Foam

The Aer Disc container has the unique ability to foam and whip ingredients, making a perfect skim or non-dairy whipped topping for your hot or cold brewed coffees or teas.

  • 1 cup (240 ml) skim milk [or milk alternative]
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder


  1. Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, increasing to Variable 4 for a pourable foam, or Variable 6 for a stiffer foam, blending for 10 seconds.

Chef's Notes

  • We use Organic Unsweetened Silk Soy milk, Fairlife Skim milk, and Ripple Unsweetened Original milk for the best foams.
