Mini-Chopper Attachment Salmon Burgers [Immersion Blender]
This succulent, satisfying salmon burger is gluten-free and made of simple whole food ingredients.
Ingredients
- ⅛ medium (30 g) yellow onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
- ⅛ medium (30 g) red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
- 2 cloves roasted garlic [or raw garlic]
- ⅛ cup (2.5 g) fresh parsley leaves
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Homemade Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (30 g) chickpea crumbs [or breadcrumbs, cornflake crumbs]
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill [or 1/4 teaspoon dried]
- 2 strip lemon peel
- ¼ teaspoon salt, optional
- ½ pound (227 g) salmon fillet
Directions
- Place the ingredients into the work bowl of the Immersion Blender Mini-Chopper Attachment. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid.
- Select Variable 3 and run continuously for 15 – 30 seconds.
- Carefully remove blade and replace lid to cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before forming into 3 oz.(80g) patties, then cook as desired.
