Mint Milkshake

Enjoy our seasonal minty shake for a healthy (and sweet) treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups (840 ml) vanilla oat milk [or milk of choice]
  • 2 cups (50 g) baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 30 (10 g) fresh mint leaves
  • 3 (360 g) frozen bananas
  • 1 ½ cups (200 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

  • Any milk or milk alternative may be used in this recipe, but we prefer vanilla oat milk for a light, sweet & creamy beverage.

  • 1 ½ (210 g) frozen banana
  • 1 ⅓ cups (180 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

  • 15 each (5 g) fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups (210 g) sliced frozen banana
  • 1 1/3 cups (180 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
