Orange Citrus Smoothie

Orange, tangerine, and peach create a sweet citrus flavor to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) orange juice
  • 2 cups (480 ml) vanilla soy yogurt [or vanilla yogurt]
  • 1 large (225 g) peach, halved, pitted
  • 1 large (200 g) orange, peeled, halved
  • 1 medium (150 g) tangerine, peeled, halved
  • 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
