Peach Hot Honey Margarita

A refreshingly fun frozen margarita celebrating the sweetness of peaches & honey with a kick of chili spice!

Peach Hot Honey Margarita

Ingredients

  • 3 fl.oz (90 ml) tequila
  • 1 fl.oz (30 ml) orange liqueur
  • 1 (50 g) lime, peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cups (250 g) frozen peach slices
  • 1 cup (125 g) ice cubes
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) honey

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Frozen Cocktail Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.  Blend for 45–55 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

  • If you already have hot honey, simply use that in place of the honey and omit the chili powder. Try using our Chile Lime Seasoning to rim your margarita glasses!

  • 2 (100 g) lime, peeled
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 4 cups (500 g) frozen peach slices
  • 2 cups (250 g) ice cubes
  • ½ cup (120 ml) honey
