Peachy Green Smoothie

Full of peach flavor, this smoothie perfectly masks the spinach that gives it its green hue.

Peachy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) soy milk [or milk of choice]
  • 2 large (400 g) apple, halved, seeded
  • 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
  • 4 cups (480 g) frozen peach slices

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40–50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

  • Feel free to swap the spinach with seasonal greens or whatever you have on hand. Try using a homemade plant-based milk, made in your Vitamix.
