Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie

Nothing compliments a banana quite like creamy peanut butter. Just add fresh red raspberries, milk, and ice cubes to complete this indulgent smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 3 Tablespoons (65 g) peanut butter
  • 2 cups (275 g) fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed the increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
