Quick Cashew Milk

Try this creamy, non-dairy milk in any recipe that calls for milk, including frozen desserts.


  • 1 cup (125 g) roasted cashews, unsalted
  • 3 cups (720 ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 (70 g) dates, pitted


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 1 minute.

Chef's Notes

Our frozen dessert recipes will work perfectly by swapping this out for the liquid component. For even more creaminess, soak cashews for at least 4 hours.
