Quick Cashew Milk
Try this creamy, non-dairy milk in any recipe that calls for milk, including frozen desserts.
- 1 cup (125 g) roasted cashews, unsalted
- 3 cups (720 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 (70 g) dates, pitted
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed. Secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 1 minute.
Our frozen dessert recipes will work perfectly by swapping this out for the liquid component. For even more creaminess, soak cashews for at least 4 hours.
