Sesame Stir Fry Dressing

Use as a dressing or a stir fry sauce for Cauliflower Fried Rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 piece fresh ginger root
  • ½ cup (120 ml) rice vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) sesame oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) soy sauce
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) honey
  • ¼ cup (35 g) sesame seeds
  • 1 cup (240 ml) canola oil

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the canola oil, into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 6.. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove lid plug and slowly drizzle oil in through lid plug opening. Blend for an additional 30 seconds.

For a gluten-free recipe, use a bottle of gluten-free soy sauce or tamari.
