  • Try using frozen watermelon chunks, peach slices, raspberries, or a combination of frozen fruits in place of the strawberries! For a stronger cocktail, add 4 oz. of vodka or tequila. Taste and adjust with sweetener and lime/lemon juice.
  • Frozen fruit is just as nutrient dense as fresh. If you can get your hands on fresh ripe strawberries, just pop them in the freezer about an hour before blending.  And, be sure to taste before you add sweetener, you may find you don't even need it.
