Strawberry Gin Kombucha Cocktail

Fresh strawberries and St-Germain infuse this cocktail with fruity and floral notes, creating the perfect summer drink.

Strawberry Gin Cocktail Hero

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (280 g) fresh strawberries, stemmed
  • 5 oz (150 ml) gin, 90 proof
  • 1 oz (30 ml) St-Germain
  • 1 Tablespoons (15 ml) honey
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) kombucha
  • ice cubes, for serving
  • 12 oz (375 ml) flavored sparkling water, divided use

Directions

1. Place strawberries, gin, St-Germain, honey and kombucha into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.

3. Fill 6 serving glasses just under halfway with ice. Pour 1/2 cup (125ml) of the strawberry puree over each. Top each glass with 1/4 cup (60ml) of flavored sparkling water and serve immediately.

In-season strawberries should be nice and sweet, but a touch of honey helps to bring all the sweet, floral flavors in this cocktail together. Try using a raspberry or blood orange flavored kombucha to give a balanced tartness to this beverage.
