Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie [Vitamix ONE]
A great meal replacement option for a morning on the go.
- 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk , or milk alternative
- 2 (15 g) dates, pitted, or 1 Tablespoon honey
- ½ cup (50 g) rolled oats
- 1 (125 g) medium bananas, peeled, halved
- 1½ cup (210 g) frozen strawberries
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved.
