Sun-Dried Tomato & Arugula Ravioli Filling [Food Processor Attachment]

A simple but delicious pasta filling. Use on top of pasta if you prefer an easier night meal. Makes enough for 1 pound of pasta dough.


  • 1 cup (175 g) sun dried tomatoes, oil drained
  • 2 Tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup (30 g) Italian flat leaf parsley, stemmed
  • 1 cup (30 g) arugula, washed
  • ⅓ cup (40 g) freshly grated parmesan cheese, optional


  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
  2. Start the machine and run for 15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Use as filling in your favorite ravioli, or heat in a pan and toss with your favorite pasta. Try this with our spinach pasta dough.
