Sunflower Seed Butter [Mini-Chopper Attachment] [Immersion Blender]

A great allergen-free alternative to a nut butter.


  • 1 ½ cups (205 g) roasted sunflower seeds, hulled


  1. Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid. 
  2. Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 60-75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Chef's Notes

  • Unsalted or salted sunflower seeds can be used, so long as they are roasted.
