Sunflower Seed Butter
A great allergen-free alternative to a nut butter.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (410 g) roasted sunflower seeds, hulled
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute 30 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
- Unsalted or salted sunflower seeds can be used, so long as they are roasted.
