Vegetable and Fruit Peanut Butter Dip

Twist on a traditional dip. Using peanut butter and Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) Greek yogurt 0% plain
  • 2 cups (300 g) roasted peanuts
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

  • This Is a great nutrient dense snack for you or the kiddos.  Well balanced with protein and healthy fats to leave you and the little ones satiated. Also works well blended with butter toffee cashews, candied pecans, or almonds.
