Wheat Flour

A great wheat flour for your baking needs.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (375 g) whole wheat kernels

Directions

  1. Place whole wheat kernels into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Grind to desired degree of fineness. The longer the machine runs, the finer the consistency of the flour, around 1 minute on highest speed for very fine whole wheat flour.
