Whipped Red Pepper Cashew Spread [Food Processor Attachment]

Great alternative to hummus with fresh flavors. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice to get the best taste!


  • 2 cups (275 g) roasted cashews
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 roasted garlic
  • ½ cup (110 g) roasted red pepper, drained
  • 1 bunch (30 g) Italian flat leaf parsley, leaves only
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Cover cashews with warm water and leave to soak for 15 minutes.  Drain and rinse the cashews.
  2. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade. Secure the lid.
  3. Start the machine and allow to process for 2 minutes, or set timer and allow machine to complete programmed cycle. Store in an airtight container until used
