White Chocolate "Cheesecake" Fondue
A fun way to enjoy all the flavor of cheesecake without the prep time. Serve with graham crackers or your favorite fruit dippers.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- ½ cup (120 g) low fat sour cream
- 6 ounces (170 g) Mascarpone cheese
- 8 ounces (225 g) Neufchatel cheese
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar, or Date Syrup to taste
- ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces (225 g) white chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 3 minutes with tamper as necessary or until mixture is smooth and warm. Pour into fondue pot.
Notes
For dippers, try cubed pound cake, angel food cake, sliced fresh pears, sliced fresh apples, and dried fruit.

This is my 3rd Vita Mix! I have given my others away to a sick friend and my daughter who also Loves her machine! I have made wonderful things in my Vita Mix but this recipe is Fabulous! What a treat for Easter!

This is yummy
This recipe is very easy and everyone loved it. I substituted the marscapone cheese for Ricotta and it was great! I served with fresh fruit and crackers. Yum
