With just two ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 150 g (2 cups) shredded coconut
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the blender and increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
Unstrained milk can be used in cooking and baking, but for smooth sauces or drinking, strained coconut milk should be used.
