Raspberry Mango Freeze

Enjoy this fruit-filled treat in a bowl or make homemade frozen bars.

Ingredients

  • 360 ml (1½ cup) almond yogurt, or yogurt of choice
  • 200 g (1⅓ cup) frozen raspberries
  • 480 g (3¼ cup) frozen mango chunks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blade.
  2. Blend for 55 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Chef's Notes

Raspberry seeds are tough to blend; the Vitamix pulverizes them into a creamy frozen treat.
