- 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 80 g fresh basil leaves
- 30 g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to the container.
Start the machine on Variable 1 and slowly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Toss with 450 g of cooked pasta.
