What You Can Make
Non-Dairy MilksCreate inexpensive, non-dairy milk for many lactose-free recipes, whether pouring over cereal or making smoothie recipes, overnight oats, or vegan mac and cheese.
720 ml water
140 g raw almonds, soaked overnight in enough water to cover and drained
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Add ingredients to the container, start the machine at Variable 1, and slowly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 45 seconds.
If you prefer milk without pulp, simply filter it through a piece of cheesecloth or filtration bag.
You can sweeten non-dairy milks to taste with a variety of natural sweeteners, including vanilla, honey, agave, and pitted dates.
Use non-dairy milks as a substitute to dairy milk and cream in any recipe, including soups, baked goods, and milkshakes.
Just blend warm water and a drop of dish soap at your machine's highest speed, and watch it self-clean in 60 seconds or less-no disassembly required.
