If the machine undergoes any damage while it is being used in another country, it must be returned to the country where it was purchased for repairs, at the owner's expense. Depending on the year your machine was made, the name of your Vitamix model can either be found on the front of the motor base, or on a label on the bottom of the motor base. You can also determine which model you have by contacting customer service.
