Dee-Licious!
Like the comedian said " It would be great if everyone was vegan, if only they could shut up about it." lol
For those who can handle good ol' Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, this was a delicious dip. I made a batch as well as hummus and a couple salsa for a summer gathering and the onion cashew dip was the most popular.
I made a 2nd batch an used roasted cashews, double the Worcestershire Sauce and added some cayenne for a little heat and some of the lemon zest. We used this as a spread in banh-mi to replace the liver paté.

Delicious!
Wonderful non-dairy version of an old classic. Easily made vegan with vegan Worcester sauce. People - before you slam Vitamix for falsely claiming something is vegan, check the title and tags of the recipe! Vitamix never claimed this recipe was vegan- only non-dairy!

Purchase a Vegan Worchestire Sauce!
Recipe is great. Wish vitamix had of kept the word vegan in the recipe title and and simply added "vegan" worchestire sauce in the ingredients. Many people aren't even aware you can purchase a vegan version - and why wouldn't everyone want to choose a vegan version? Great for individual health, great for the planet and great for the animals that we all claim to love.

Delicious
I have celiac disease and am casein intolerant, so I use vegan recipes to replace dairy products. This was really good, and I doubled the recipe easily. Lea and Perrins is great for people who can’t tolerate gluten, and for vegans, there are some really good brands available at bigger grocers, health food stores, and Amazon. This recipe is phenomenal and quick and easy to make.

A nice non-dairy alternative!
This was truly very tasty. Of course, nothing like real sour cream but I've learned to adjust my tastes over the years.
Soltanto...Unless I'm missing something, I don't believe the recipe says it's vegan. It says it's dairy-free, so it's perfectly fine that they use Worsteshire sauce. There are vegan versions, however, and they are tasty as well.
