Minted Peas and Brown Rice Baby Food
Fresh herbs really boost flavor in a recipe, which is why a mint leaf will do wonders for this already-delicious dish!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (50 g) peas, steamed and cooled
- ¼ cup (50 g) brown rice
- 1 other fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup (60 ml) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1 or the 8-ounce Purée program (if available).
- Start the machine, slowly increase to its highest speed, and blend for 1 minute; or start the machine and allow the 8-ounce Purée program to complete.
