Bol de smoothie tout en vert
L'avocat procure une texture soyeuse à ce bol de smoothie pouvant être garni de baies fraîches, de noix ou de graines.
Ingrédients
- 240 ml (1 tasse) de lait d'amande, ou d'eau de coco
- 1 (135 g) avocat moyen dénoyauté et pelé
- 60 g (2 tasses) d'épinards frais
- 30 g (2 cuillères à soupe) de graines de chanvre
- 300 g (2 tasses) de morceaux de mangue surgelée
- 40 g (4 c. à soupe) de bleuets, pour garnir
- 2 cuillères à soupe (20 g) de noix de coco râpée non sucrée, pour garnir
Instructions
- Mettre le lait d'amande, l'avocat, les épinards, les graines de chanvre et la mangue congelée dans le récipient Vitamix dans l'ordre indiqué, puis verrouiller le couvercle.
- Démarrer le mélangeur à sa vitesse la plus basse, puis augmenter rapidement la vitesse jusqu'au maximum.
- Mélanger pendant 1 minute, en utilisant le pilon si nécessaire pour pousser les ingrédients vers les lames.
- Diviser en portions dans des bols et garnir avec les bleuets et les flocons de noix de coco.

my first smoothie bowl
This was my first smoothie bowl. I didn't have frozen mango so I substituted a cup of frozen strawberries - and the outcome was fabulous. The texture was nice, so smooth. I loved the contrast of the coconut on top - adding a bit of crunch. The recipe was super easy to make, and I really liked eating a smoothie from a bowl. I made an occasion of it by choosing a lovely bowl, and sitting in the garden with my dog. I will definitely be making more smoothie bowls - they are perfect for the weekend.

Smooth with nice texture on top
I made this recipe today with my lunch. I only substituted the hemp seeds for chia seeds since I had them on hand. It was very smooth and flavorful. Having the coconut flakes gave it some crunch and the blueberries gave it a tangy flavor. I had some fresh raspberries which I added at the end of the meal. They were very good on top of this dish as well.

How did I manage without this machine?
This machine was a gift. I use it 4-5 times most days. I really LOVE this product and do not know how I managed without it.

So creamy and delicious!
I replaced almond milk with soy milk and it still tasted so yummy! I also added flaxseed powder. It was so easy and delicious and made a quick lunch! I topped it with granola since I didn't have fresh berries.
